This house is located in a quiet area, there is a view of the sea from both upper floors. For the finishing work you need to finish everything, including the walls inside and outside, at the moment only the shell is finished. In this area most of the houses are for vacation, and the direct neighbor is also from Germany, on the other side of the street. On the side of the house you have a small forest, which brings you a fresh cold breeze in the summer. Our rating: for this money and location it is a good option, but you need to spend minimum of the same money to finish it inside and out. The expensive part is already done. The road in front of the house is not very good, but still passable.
