House in Susanj with a sea view and three floors, parking space in front of the house and city sewage system as well as city water. On the lower floor there are two really big rooms and a big bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom, as well as a big terrace. The next floor also has a large terrace and two bedrooms and a living/dining room with kitchen. The last floor is simply a large room that is unfinished. Our rating: The quality of the house is really good, with no problems with moisture or mold. However we would recommend bringing it up to modern standards, the good thing is that without air conditioning throughout the house you end up with cold rooms as the build quality is correspondingly good.
